Do you read Nutrition Labels? I always check out the serving size, calories per serving, sugar, sodium and look for zero bad fats:) The FDA made a subtle makeover making it easier to read the calories and added sugars. Is it just me, but it doesn't look that different?
I have both of my young children reading nutritional labels and teach the children at the local schools to as well in Kiana's Fit Kids Programs. 🙂
