I love these Taco Cups!

They are so fun to eat, healthy and easy to make!

Great for appetizers or for kids too!

Fit Fast Food Taco Cups

My 13 year old daughter, Anelalani, surprised me with these healthy, yummy treats! Hope you'll try them too!

Ingredients:

  • Extra lean ground turkey
  • taco seasoning (I make my own so there is less sodium and NO nitrates) recipe here
  • lettuce
  • tomato
  • cilantro
  • taco sauce
  • cheese
  • flour tortillas

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350.  Cut 6 flour tortillas into small squares.  Brown ground turkey, add seasoning.  Put tortilla squares in muffin tin, criss crossing the square tortillas so they fan out.  Add a sprinkle of cheese on top. Bake for 15 minutes.  Top with protein rich, plain Greek yogurt (instead of fattening sour cream), diced tomatoes, cilantro, lettuce and hot sauce. Ole!
