Strong and SEXY Shrimp Scampi Recipe

1 Bowl. EZ Clean Up.

Kiana Strong and Sexy Shrimp Scampi


  • 1-2 lbs. fresh or frozen shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons grass fed butter
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup white wine ((+ 1 glass for you to sip while cooking!)
  • Juice of one lemon (pref. one from your garden? 🙂
  • Salt-and-pepper
  • Quarter cup chopped organic parsley
  • Parmesan cheese


Preheat oven to 350°

If using frozen shrimp, put in colander and submerged in cold tap water. After 10 minutes switch out the tap water for new clean cold tap water. Let's sit for 15 minutes.


In a small bowl combine melted butter, olive oil, garlic, wine, lemonIMG_1839

Marinate cleaned and de-veined shrimp for 15 - 20 minutes

Arrange in the oven safe bowl.

IMG_1846 Bake for 15 minutes or until pink.  Serve on top of angel hair pasta with a sprinkle of chopped organic parsley on top. Add a little shaved Parmesan on and serve with the side kale salad and garlic sourdough toast. Enjoy!
