Recipe: No Guilt Fruit Cobbler

Kiana's Fab Fruit Tart -

Healthy Breakfast Treat or No Guilt Dessert

"Love it on top of protein rich, Greek Yogurt~!" Kiana

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • OR use 1 cup whole wheat flour if you want
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 6 tbsp stevia (or 3/4 cup sugar...yikes!)
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 large fresh peaches (or frozen), sliced
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups berries (raspberries, black berries, blueberries...)
  • 9x9 pan or baking dish

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees (165 degrees celcius). Lightly coat pan with non-stick butter flavored spray. Melt butter in 9x9 dish.

Blend together flour, baking powder, stevia, and milk.

Pour batter into baking dish over the butter. Sprinkle fruit on top of the batter, do not stir. Bake for one hour, or until golden brown.

Enjoy with a glass of milk, or a hot cup of tea or coffee. Yum!
