All exercises are body weight only exercises that strengthen the core, upper & lower body. Kiana led Fit Kids workouts at Disney's Wide World of Sports. "It's important for kids to learn the proper form and technique before adding any weight." says Kiana. We incorporates kid's favorite music, fun fitness moves & exercises into non-stop movement and fun with other active kids! Light, healthy snacks provided, too! Nutrition games and fun fitness inspired games, puzzles and coloring books.

Fit Kids Camp is 2 hours of fitness fun with other active kids! 1 hour of structured fitness fun to cool music; the other hour is introduction to healthy food choices, fitness games & races!
Exercises are pint sized versions of exercises adults do that will introduce them to a solid fitness foundation. Kids must wear comfortable athletic shoes and clothing, bring a healthy snack and water. At the end of the Camp(s) once shy or non athletic kids are showing how they can do a Perfect Plank, Silly Squat, Frog Squat Jumps!

Cost of childhood obesity Childhood obesity alone carries a huge price tag-up to $14 billion per year in health care costs to treat kids.
Reduced life expectancies Unless the childhood obesity epidemic is reversed, experts warn that excess weight could reduce average life expectancy by five years or more over the next several decades.
