FAVORITE FRUIT WATER COMBINATIONS:

Add you favorite fruit or vegetables to the compartment. Here are some of my favorite. Enjoy!

Blueberry Orange: Gently crush a handful of blueberries.  Add to compartment with juicy sliced oranges.

Why it's good for you: Blueberries are rich in antioxidants. Oranges are high in potassium for heart health and vitamin C, which help neutralize free radicals and strengthens the immune system.

Orange Cucumber: Slice cucumbers and oranges.

Why it's good for you: Cucumbers are high in vitamin B and are mostly water to further hydrate your body. Oranges add vitamin C, which help neutralize free radicals and strengthens the immune system.
Coconut Power: Coconut water, watermelon and squeeze of lime.

Why it's good for you:  Watermelon is rich in lycopene which aids in heart and bone health. Coconut is hydrating and high in potassium. Lime is full of all important vitamin C, which help neutralize free radicals and strengthens the immune system.
