How to do them: On a Kiana Mat, put both feet on one side of the mat, your body in a pike position with your elbows and knees slightly bent, booty up. Abs and core tight.

The Move: flex your abs as you hop and explode up and over to the opposite side of the mat. As soon as your feet touch, immediately hop back over to the other side. Repeat as many times as you can in 1 minute. Rest 15 seconds. Repeat 3 rounds.
