Aloha!  Here is a terrific workout to do anywhere, anytime.  If you are doing the 7 day challenge or Diet Bet, you can do this 3x per week. 

How to do it: Set your timer for 15 minutes. Do as many rounds of the workout as you can using strict form.  I hope you are Members of my Online Gym, if so, you can check out all the tutorials here and select Real Time workout videos too!

If you are a beginner, try this AMRAP first!  I recommend watching this short video on proper body alignment to get started.

10 repetitions of each.  Do as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes.
