Before that, I've been working out since I was 16. Playing tennis since I was 5. Skiing since I was 3. I think I was born holding weights in my hand. I do know I had a silver dumbbell baby rattle. TMI.
There are many well known reasons why people should workout.

I am addicted to the endorphin rush. I love the exhilarating feeling of pushing myself to the point where I am buzzing all over and 100% exhausted.
My kids will (hopefully) copy what I do. Even though I have led and motivated millions of television viewers toward a healthy lifestyle on "Kiana's Flex Appeal" and other media in my career, it is vital that my kids get the fitness advantage and learn the importance of regular exercise.
I workout to eat what I want. I train everyday. I train hard. Because of this, I can pretty much eat what I want and I eat alot all day. Of course I eat healthy foods and stay away from processed junk foods. If you read my Fitness Blog you can get my healthy recipes, recipe videos and tips. As a result of regular, structured workouts, my metabolism is high. You can enjoy this too by following my online workouts.
Muscles. I love the feeling of my muscles after a hard weight training workout. No other type of exercise gives me the ability to feel my muscles move all day after an awesome strength training workout. Reaching for a glass of water, picking up my kids, stepping out of the car...I can feel every muscle move and love it!
I love feeling happy! Hard workouts are my HAPPY PILL, aka Nature's prozac! 100% of the time after I workout, I feel 100% better.
