Warm Up: jump rope 5 minutes
Do each exercise for 1 minute, 1 exercise immediately after the other
Pumpkin Potion Plyo Hops
Place a Pumpkin in front of you. Keep your back straight, shoulders back and down, abs tight. Using your arms for momentum, jump as high as you can over the pumpkin. Turn around and jump again.
Stand in a wide stance, back straight, shoulders back and down, abs tight. Hold a kettle bell in your right hand. Keeping your back straight, pass the weight under each thigh in a figure 8.
