Psycho Up for a Killer Calorie Blast to Start the Halloween Weekend!

  • Warm Up: jump rope 5 minutes

Do each exercise for 1 minute, 1 exercise immediately after the other

 

Pumpkin Potion Plyo Hops

Place a Pumpkin in front of you.  Keep your back straight, shoulders back and down, abs tight. Using your arms for momentum, jump as high as you can over the pumpkin. Turn around and jump again.

Killer Cauldrons

Stand in a wide stance, back straight, shoulders back and down, abs tight. Hold a kettle bell in your right hand. Keeping your back straight, pass the weight under each thigh in a figure 8.

Zombies Slayers

Stand with your feet hip width, back straight, shoulders back and down, abs tight, weight in each hand. Exhale as you lower your right arm down and raise your left leg up meeting in the middle. Keep your arms and legs straight. Repeat other side. Focus on keeping your abs tight.

Petrified Planks

Get in a straight arm and leg plank. Abs and core fired up. Elbows slightly bent. Exhale as you raise your right arm and left leg at the same time, keeping your balance. Repeat other side.

Witch Hunt

Hold a medium weight in both hands, fists stacked, weight vertical.  Exhale as you raise the weight over head.  Slowly lower it like you're holding a gun, and rotate your torso to the right and then to the left. Contract your abs, flexing your midsection, bringing your shoulder to the opposite hip. Repeat.
