Today's Workout was grueling, energizing and completely zapped me. I am wonderfully exhausted.
I did what I call the "Angry Workout" where you use all of your energy and pent up frustrations and take it out on the weights. Believe me, this is usually the BEST workout in the world and every time, I am shocked at how strong I am and how much endurance I have. Anyone who trains regularly knows what I am talking about. (um yes, I know I ended this sentence in a preposition.)
CIRCUIT: TIME: 15-20 MINUTES
50 SECONDS OF EACH EXERCISE TO PERSONAL BEST # OF REPS, STRICT FORM
10 SECOND REST.
