Thank you for Signing Up for the Beginner Challenge

Check your email for the Day #1 Beginner Workout. You will do a series of 4 Beginner workouts.

To prepare for your workout(s):

  • Wear comfortable workout clothing and athletic shoes
  • Have a study chair
  • Optional: Weighted objects: Light hand weights, water bottles or soup cans
  • Water / Towel

After you complete the 4 Workouts, you will have a solid basic knowledge of basic proper form.

You will do great!
