Healthy dessert recipe using 70 % dark cocoa and tofu. This is a delicious dessert that is creamy like chocolate mousse and full of protein and antioxidants.
Add tofu, cocoa powder, stevia, vanilla, and banana in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Transfer pudding to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Divide pudding into beautiful, footed dessert glasses and top with grated or shaved dark chocolate. Yum! No guilt and so decadent.
