  3. - [ ] Muscle soreness that lasts longer than a couple of days or interferes with daily activities such as work, cooking, errands...Beginners often get overzealous and do too much, too soon.  Being excited and going for it is a good thing but not at the risk of injury or knowing when to quit. Over training can result in burnout and be counterproductive to that consistent routine you're after.People who train regularly are usually more in tune with their bodies and know their limits.

    Tips: Listen to your body. If it doesn't feel right it's not.  It's always better to err on the conservative side and hit it harder the next day.
