Just added! Low Impact weight workout that you can follow along and at home! Gear you need: Light hand weights, water bottles or soup cans. Women: 3-5 lbs. Men: 15 - 20 lbs. This is high rep, you don't want to go too heavy. Keep it light and use strict form.
