What is the 90 Day Challenge?

Kiana's 90 Day Challenge is an online, professionally designed fitness program to help you lose weight, reduce body fat, increase lean muscle and improve your overall fitness level.  It's a proven system developed by Kiana Tom, Star of Kiana's Flex Appeal and Fit Mom TV.

Who can do this?

This is for everyone - of virtually all fitness levels and all ages.  There are new moms to advanced competitive athletes.  There are students, lawyers, fire fighters, nurses, police men and women, military, stay at home moms and dads.

At the beginning of each class, Kiana explains exercise variations for beginner, intermediate and advance levels.  You simply watch and select the exercise option that fits your level.  There are back up class members who demonstrate the variations during the workouts.

For example: Exercise: SQUATS

  • Beginners: Body Weight Chair Squats - no weights, sit in a chair and stand back up.
  • Intermediates: Weighted Free Squat - hold weights in your hands and do a free standing squat.
  • Advanced: Weighted Jump Squats - hold weights and squat low so that your thighs are parallel to the floor and then jump up as high as possible.

How much does it cost?

If you were to work with Kiana one-on-one you'd pay at least $2500/month. Even if you worked with a mediocre personal trainer you'd easily pay at least $450/month (for an inferior workout). Instead your investment is as little as .50 cents per day for 90 days!


Who leads the workouts? Kiana or trainer(s) she hired?

Kiana personally leads the workouts from her outdoor fitness studio by the beach. She further elevates the authentic gym experience with most of the classes featuring real members as back up participants.  You will see and hear men and women of all levels working out in the classes.

What kind of workouts will I do?

You will enjoy a different, challenging, fun and creative workout each time.

  1. Strength Training Circuits  - #1 Goal: to increase lean muscle.  Why? The more muscle you have, the more efficient your body burns calories and the leaner you will be.  Anti aging.  Injury prevention.  Look and feel better.  Sculpt the body you want by lifting weights and improve your functional strength in the core and major muscles.  You cannot get fit by cardio alone; it will make you "skinny fat" which means thin but no muscle tone. You must lift weights to increase lean muscle.
  2. Power Plyo - Burn major calories with explosive moves that increase muscle speed and power like nothing else.  As led by Kiana on Kiana's Flex Appeal at the Wide World of Sports for beginners to professional athletes to take their fitness to the next level.
  3. Kick Okole (Butt) Cardio - Fat blasting, invigorating, energizing cardio!  To shed body fat fast and strengthen the most muscle in your body, your heart.
  4. Target Training - As seen on Kiana's Flex Appeal.  Focus on a specific muscles with a wide variety of exercises  Focus on common trouble areas for men and women: abs, thighs, back fat, love handles, arm flab and overall fat reduction.

All exercises are explained so that all levels can be safely challenged.  Beginners to advanced competitive athletes are guaranteed to be challenged to their maximum efforts.


How do I watch the workouts and take the fitness classes?

You come to the website on MWF and take the online class either "live" or watch the recorded version later that day.  Wear workout clothes just as if you were going to a fitness class, but instead, it is on the internet.

You can workout from wherever you live.  We have people all over the USA from Hawaii to New York; the UK, Canada, Bahamas.  The only thing you need is an internet connection to access the online fitness classes. If you are in a different time zone, simply watch the recorded online class when you want to do the workout.

What do I need to do the workouts?

Most exercises can done using your own body weight.  At the very minimum, we  highly recommend getting a set of dumbbells, interval timer and a jump rope.  If you have room, set up a designated area in your home, garage or office as your own Home Gym.  As you progress, you can add more gear that is used such a fitness bench or stability ballfitness base mat and base, slam ball.  Keep in mind that exercise options are provided for those who don't have the gear; but it is fun to have the added options and variety.

What if I want to cancel?

The hardest part for most people to get in shape is - getting started.  Our goal is to motivate you and get you fit by providing consistent, expert fitness classes to help you reach your fitness goal.  Once you commit to the 90 days you are held accountable for the 90 days to improve your health and fitness.  After 90 Days you will be amazed at the results you achieve.  You will see a visible difference. You will lose weight, tighten and tone all over.  Our advice is to sign up and commit to the 90 Days. You can do it!  If after the 90 Days, you want to cancel and maintain your new physique on your own, you can cancel anytime. Or you have the option to continue on with the classes.  It's up to you.  No contracts. Cancel anytime.
