1/2 cup steel cut oats
1 Tbs flax seed
1/2 Tbs unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup organic berries
1 Tbs. toasted almonds
1 Tbs. organic honey
1 tsp. brown sugar (optional)
Put oats in microwave safe bowl. Cover with enough water so about 1/4 inch is above oats. Cook in microwave on med high power for 1 min. (My microwave: 1 is low and 10 is high. I put it on 7.) Stir and cook 30 more seconds. Top with Greek yogurt, berries, honey. Sprinkle with brown sugar, flax and coconut.
