My family and I love lazy mornings with pancakes, scrambled eggs, toast, fresh fruit.  Pancakes can be high in calories especially when topped with sugary syrups.  Here are some of my healthier Pancake Toppings that I love: Do you have any to add? If so, post in the comments section below 🙂 Aloha!

  1. Greek yogurt
  2. Coconut
  3. Flax Seed - crunchy nutty flavor
  4. Almonds
  5. Sesame Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds
  6. Trail Mix
  7. Dried Fruit
  8. Honey
  9. Agave Nectar
  10. Blueberries
  11. Pineapple
  12. Mango
  13. Strawberries
  14. Whipped Cream - only 10 cal. per squirt!
  15. All types of fruit
