Who can do the classes?

All levels can do this! On television, Kiana has trained beginners to professional athletes, kids to seniors. In the online classes you will see new moms to competitive athletes all doing the workouts with you: women and moms, husbands, boyfriends, fire fighters, police women, nurses, lawyers, actresses, teachers, students... all training together. You will fit right in. Ages 6-86 have trained with Kiana.  You can do this!

What kind of workouts can I expect?

Every workout is a full body blast and includes:

  • strength training to help you add all important lean muscle
  • High Intensity Interval Training to blast calories and fat
  • Focus work for common trouble areas such as abs and core

Will I lose weight? Are the workouts all the same?

Kiana has led thousands of televised workouts and will lead you through a new routine every workout to keep your muscles guessing! You'll have fun learning new exercises and will get results faster.

How often should I workout?

Everyone should workout a minimum of 3 days per week. "This is one of the main reasons I stream live exercise classes MWF, to make it easy for everyone to train 3 days per week." says Kiana.

What if I can't make a live class?

What gear do I need?

Most of the workouts use minimal gear such as weights.  Dumbbells and a fitness mat. Women: 2.5 lb., 5 lb. - 10 lb. dumbbells. Men: 15 lb., 20 lb. - 25 lbs.

In some of the classes, Premium Gear is used.  Create your own home gym and follow along with your own gear.
