2. Eat Fit: Food: Stay energized and keep you blood sugar levels even. You must eat 5-6 small healthy meals that include lean protein. We get busy, we often skip meals which leads to grabbing the closest and fasted food to eat which is usually junk food. Keep prepackaged trail mix, bananas (which are nature's pre packaged healthy snack), dried fruit (sulfur free), almonds, apples, protein bars with you at all times. My purse, gym bag and cars are filled with snacks and water.
Drink: We all know we should drink more water, but how do we do it?

3. Booty Call! Quickie Workout: When you are busy, remember that some exercise is better than none. Being active when you wake up jump starts your day, sets the tone and encourages healthier choices. For me, if I don't exercise first thing in the morning, something always comes up to interfere with my workout.
