Here is a simple tip to help you improve your health and lifestyle. Sitting at a desk and staring at a computer all day is not good for your eyes or body.
The benefits of exercise are cumulative. 5 minutes here and there adds up to a healthier, more fit body.
To do it: Set your watch or iphone alarm to go off every 30 minutes. When it goes off, get up and do 30 jumping jacks, 30 jump rope revolutions and / or 30 curls (10 reps x 3 sets.)
Improve your eye fitness too by focusing on something 30 feet away for 30 seconds. A computer screen causes eye strain and forces your eyes to focus on minute pixels.
